Institue of Professional Studies established under an educational society 'Dr. D.C. Shastri Shiksha Sansthan'. Dr. D.C. Shastri, former Vice Chancellor of Meerut university was a renowned educationist , researcher & social activist.

IPS is to provide education in B.A , B.Com , B.Ed and D.El.Ed (B.T.C.) . The institute is situated at Kashi Partapur, Meerut. There are well equipped computer laboratories, lecture rooms , confrence hall and a library in the institute to provide quality education. The teaching practice includes extensive use of audio visual aids, live demonstration of professional projects . The library facilities provided by the institute are unparalleled in terms of space and resources.
